Fenced in yard shared between first floor and second floor, pet friendly to any animal - dog, cat, etc. If dog, they have to get along with first floor’s dog because they share a fenced in yard. Water, trash, sewage included in monthly rent. Tenant pays gas & electricity through Eversource separately. On a quiet and safe side street in the North End, with a 5 minute walk to Main Street and 8 minute walk to Wesleyan. Must schedule appointment to view apartment as there are currently tenants living there until end of May. Furniture not included.
