We are going back and forth between long-term and short-term rental and thought we'd test the market for long-term since that is more a 'need' in the community than short-term. This home is engineered for casual country living, with a front porch swing and a built-in storage bin. The back porch sports a screened porch, a grill, and a sun deck. There is a large backyard with a fire pit and the house sits well off the road. On the inside, lots of style, form, function, and convenience. 3 rooms, great flow, wood burning fireplace. Air conditioning, never used appliances, 2 zones of heat and air conditioning, and lots of storage in the crawl space. The renter will pay all utilities, snow plowing, and lawn care. Lease term 12 months. The rent per month is $3500. Pets with proper additional security.
