The neighborhood is renowned for its tree-lined streets and magnificent multimillion-dollar estates. DART Bus Route 24 stops a short walk from the property, linking directly to Downtown and the Cityplace/Uptown light-rail station. The Cityplace/Uptown DART Rail Station is about a 7-minute drive for direct service to Downtown, the Arts District, and DFW Airport. Abundant rideshare options and nearby bike lanes make getting around easy without a car. Whole Foods, Starbucks, and neighborhood restaurants are all within walking distance, while scenic White Rock Lake and the Dallas Arboretum are a quick bike ride away. Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 9 AM. No parties or events are permitted beyond the registered guest list. Firearms are strictly prohibited on the property. Unregistered visitors are not allowed without prior approval. Treat the unit with care and report any damage promptly. Absolutely no smoking of any kind (including 420) inside the unit or courtyards; smoking must occur at least 40 feet from the building. Turn off all lights, A/C, and heating whenever you leave the property. Unauthorized pets incur a $1,000 fine. Check-out is 12:00 PM sharp. Late departures may result in additional fees. Do not move furniture; a $50 fee applies if items are not returned to their original position at check-out. Any damages will be billed to the guest and reported to the platform booked on. The Alexa in your unit is equipped with Amazon Alexa Technology and can be used as a speaker. This is not a listening device. Guests are okay to receive packages at their units.
