The backyard oasis offers a fully fenced-in space with an outdoor kitchen, a huge pool with lovely rock features, a tanning ledge, a jacuzzi, and a patio area with lots of seating and a dining set. Inside, the living room is furnished with comfy couches and beautiful décor creating a welcoming and homey atmosphere. The game room is equipped with cozy furniture and a pool table. The stunning gourmet kitchen is open to the living area with beautiful cabinets and granite countertops, fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and stainless steel appliances. The 5 spacious bedrooms contain high-end furniture and cozy linens and are designed to promote a relaxing atmosphere. The master bath features beautiful tiling, a huge walk-in shower, soaking tub, and a large vanity. The second full bathroom is equally gorgeous. You’ll also have access to a laundry room. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Situated in a highly sought-after neighborhood in Rowlett, your vacation home will be in a growing upscale community, located right by Lake Ray Hubbard. There is a very special Bass Pro Shop located 10 minutes away right by the lake, offering great views, shopping, an aquarium, arcade, onsite restaurant, and a private sand beach. There are also many local parks and trails nearby. You’ll also be 40 minutes to DFW Airport and just 30 to downtown Dallas. You’ll be just a short drive away from the most popular Dallas attractions, including several museums, the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, and Dallas World Aquarium. Closer to Rowlett, the Wet Zone Waterpark and the Waterview Golf Club are just 10 minutes away. The Rowlett Creek Preserve offers a 15.6-mile-long trail and Lakeside Park features hiking trails that wrap around the lake. Additionally, Firewheel Town Center is just 12 minutes away in neighboring Garland, featuring an open-air shopping complex with lots of shops, entertainment, and restaurant options. No parties or large gatherings are allowed. Only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting the property. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Room 5 will be opened for groups of 12 or more guests. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation. Do not leave it unattended. Body towels are provided, but feel free to bring your own pool towels.
