Additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. There are also many local parks and trails nearby. You’ll also be 40 minutes to DFW Airport and just 30 to downtown Dallas. You’ll be just a short drive away from the most popular Dallas attractions. Pay a visit to one of the several museums, including Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. Other must-see attractions include the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, Dallas World Aquarium, and Dallas Zoo. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Room 5 will be opened for groups of 12 or more guests. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. No parties or large gatherings are allowed. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. Pets should be discussed in advance and only house-trained pets are allowed. Pet cleaning fees apply. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation. Do not leave it unattended. Towels are provided, but feel free to bring your own pool towels. All smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Login info will be provided upon request. Noise level monitoring is in place to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. The device measures decibels and sends alerts if reasonable noise levels are exceeded. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, washer/dryer, and toddler accessories. A laptop computer is not included.
