Prospective renters will need to submit a rental application to owner for each adult applying. We accept applicants on a first qualified-first accepted basis. For this property we do not qualify applicants with a Experian/TransUnion score under 650, felony convictions, land- tenant court records, or past evictions or bankruptcies. We require a previous verification report from prior rental experiences. Holding Fee of one month's rent + one-time $250 cleaning fee (to ensure the apartment is returned in the same state as it was presented) should be submitted with the rental application. Holding fee will be held pending the offer of a lease and retained as a security deposit. Additional association moving fee ($200) and lease addendum. Owner provides water, hot water and gas; other utilities are the responsibility of the renter. Sorry, no pets and no smoking in the unit.
