We (the owners) live upstairs above the basement apartment and our family includes an elementary aged student. We are generally quiet and conscientious neighbors who go to bed early. Any tour will involve a conversation about everything being a good fit. This accessory dwelling unit (ADU) is licensed by the City of Boulder and passed rental inspection and meets the city's smart regs energy efficiency standards. Application fee for background check.
