Streeterville is an urban neighborhood just north of downtown Chicago with tourist attractions, incredible lake views, and a picturesque city scape. Streeterville houses Northwestern University and is known for its welcoming community. The neighborhood’s main attraction is the Navy Pier, a former Navy training center, that’s been transformed into a tourism haven. Carnival rides, gift shops, eateries, lakefront views, beer garden, and evening fireworks in the summer months make for an incredible one-stop-shop for fun. There’s a wide variety of dining options in town, from four-star French cuisine to casual pub fare.
Downtown’s Museum of Contemporary Art is a big hit with locals and tourists, as is 360 Chicago that offers views from the 94th floor of the John Hancock Building complete with a tilting glass overlooking the city. The Ohio Street Beach is a popular public sandy spot on the lake with a beachside eatery, Caffe Olivia.

the front desk is wonderful but the accountability of the management company for hot water issues, AC issues, and other lapses in the building as been less than stellar

Undoubtedly the best luxury building in Chicago. 465 is the best apartment in Chicago. Before re-signing, we toured other places to do our due diligence and no where came close. Staff, maintenance, events, amenities, views, location, modern. It has it all!!!

Staff were very helpful on my move in day and afterward. They anticipated my needs and answered all of my questions with courtesy and patience. They introduced me to residents and responded quickly and efficiently to requests. I'm amazed that our usual day concierge, Susan remembered me from my initial visit to the building. She's amazing! Ernest, in management helped me navigate the application process and using Apps to complete it once I arrived. He continues to be helpful in many ways. The maintenance staff responded promptly ( actually much faster than expected) for a few minor moving in fixes. Also very courteous and friendly!

This is such a great building with great staff. The grounds/facilities are always in excellent condition. Repairs, when rarely needed, are done quickly. I've been living here since the building opened and the quality has always been high.
