Roaches are insane here - giant ones and worse of all the little German ones- all my neighbors have them. We are infested. Cars keep getting broken into- my husband had his car broken into twice and mine was broken into twice and the second time they stole all the wheels off my car and totaled it- management did nothing. There’s a sign on the gate that says video surveillance but it’s not true. Saw my neighbor a couple weeks ago had his tires stolen as well. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE - unless you want your car totaled or cockroaches sleeping with you at night.
Roaches and dog poop absolutely everywhere. They will draw you in with a good sign up deal but nickel and dime you to death when it’s time to move out - say goodbye to your deposit. A girl was murdered in the parking lot and they didn’t bother saying anything to anyone. The parking lot gate is almost always open and there’s some kind of center down Grigsby that draws a weird crowd. The schools on the block cause a complete gridlock during pick up and drop off - I had to plan my life around this most days.
I lived here, and within the first two months the roaches were unbearable. One was crawling in my hair at night. The flooring is coming undone. The appliances hardly function. Cats live under the floor boards, and one died. The smell was unbearable and management did nothing to remediate. Flies infested my apartment as a result, and management never addressed the issue.
This is a awesome property and the Mangment Company is very helpful.
I just love living here this is an amazing property the management who manage the property does the amazing job. Been 6 months and believe I going to stay 6 more months.
I just purchased a new car recently and before I was able get a new permit from the office they TOWED my vehicle and I am now responsible for all the charges even though I was LEGALLY PARKED in my own spot. Management is abysmal, they never answer the phone when you call, and they treat tenants like ATMs rather than human beings. I've also had issues with not being notified of maintenance workers entering my home. I will not be renewing my lease here or at ANY OTHER Perry Guest property and I recommend you do the same.
Cheap renovations. Thin walls. Thin floors. Neighbors have set a low bar. Dog poop everywhere. Gun shots. Dogs barking several hours throughout the day. Garbage is always overflowing in the parking lot. Cars are constantly getting broken into. More gun shots. The cheap rent and two months free hasn't been worth it, in my opinion. And so much more.
My car was broken into the week of the snow storm and this morning someone had their window smashed in from the back !!! The gate is always open.
