A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. The applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility. Applicant must be a non-smoker. No smoking on property.  Two people per bedroom.  One small pet with reference $50 pet fee. No Section 8 Tenant pays gas, electric, water, and trash ($15 a month for water and trash)
