The living room features a comfortable, full-size sofa, recliner, several end tables, TV with Roku and that decorative fireplace. A very well-equipped kitchen lets you prepare quick and easy meals for days when time is short but lets you show your culinary skills when time allows. And whether the meal was quick or more labor intensive, you'll enjoy it even more in the spacious formal dining room with lots of natural light and great views. When weather permits you can enjoy your meal on the private, covered balcony. You'll sleep well in a fully furnished bedroom with queen bed, full dresser, 2 night stands, small dresser and writing desk/vanity. If you or a companion needs office/study space there's that, too, in the office which has a full-bed futon. 100% black-out curtains are in the bedroom, office and living room for when you need that daytime shut-eye. The living room, dining room, bedroom and office have ceiling fans. A full sized, shared, free, laundry is available for your use in the basement. And when you want to unwind, steps away (literally, fifty steps away!) you'll find several great restaurants, a coffee shop, brewery, public library, YMCA, a retro gaming arcade as well as other niche shops.
