Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, fishing, and river rafting in the surrounding natural beauty. Quiet time is observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. Smoking is not permitted on the deck, balconies, or inside the property. Parties are not allowed. Muddy sporting equipment must be washed before storing in the shared storage area. Work materials and supplies should not be brought into the property. No cats are allowed, and a maximum of two dogs are permitted. Heavy shedding or extremely active breeds are not allowed. Animals must not be left unattended in the property. Guests are liable for any damage caused by their pet. A surcharge will be applied if carpets are found to be coal/dirt stained and require steam cleaning, or if laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
