This inviting unit offers a cozy living area with a fireplace and TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes seating for three and a dining table for four, and is stocked with kitchenware, appliances, salt, pepper, oil, and a small jar of coffee beans. The bathroom includes a shower, hair dryer, locally made hand soap and shampoo, and fluffy towels. Additional amenities include in-suite laundry with a washer and dryer, and access to a shared hot tub. Dogs are welcome. An optional Guest Damage Protection policy covers accidental damages up to CA$1000. Located on the ski hill, this condo is a ten-minute drive to downtown Fernie, a small city nestled in the Rocky Mountains known for its picturesque landscapes and outdoor activities. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 7 am. A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/dirt stained and require steam cleaning. There will be a minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty. Failure to comply with the hot tub rules may result in a minimum $200 fine, plus any additional costs incurred to repair the damage caused. No cats are allowed. A maximum of two dogs are allowed. Do not leave the animals unattended in the property. You are liable for all damage inside or out that is caused by your pet. Guests must shower before using the hot tub. To prevent hot tub foaming, please shower with your bathing suit to get rid of any laundry detergent residue. No glass is allowed in or around the hot tub. The maximum usage time is 15-20 minutes, with one person per seat. Do not touch or remove filter parts or filter settings. Do not turn off all the jets, as this will overload the pump and cause permanent damage. Do not add any chemicals or foreign objects into the spa. Do not remove the floating dispenser (if removed and water turns foul, guests will be fined for water change or heavy shock). If the hot tub or hot tub area has beer cans or glass breakages, this will trigger a water change at your cost. No smoking of anything is allowed in the hot tub, and butts of any kind will trigger a proactive water change at your cost. The hot tub cover must be handled with care and closed after use. Do not sit on or put any weight on the cover when closed. Do not use soaps or oils in the hot tub. Please adhere to the 10 PM quiet time and be respectful of the neighbors, as noise travels far outside of the unit. Please use the pool towels provided, not the nice white ones. [SI]
