There is also a large island available to be used as a workspace or for dining. Step out onto the spacious patio to enjoy the use of a barbecue, or lounge on the patio set while taking in the view. Guests have access to the entire condo and all of the building amenities, such as the indoor pool, sauna, steam room, gym, and outdoor hot tub. A personal ski/snowboard locker is available for storage in the underground parkade. Free underground parking is available (1 parking spot per unit) and outside parking is also available. The area around Fernie is known for its stunning natural beauty and outdoor activities, including hiking, mountain biking, fly-fishing, and golfing. Quiet time is from 11 pm to 8 am (any complaints to the strata result in a $200 minimum fine). Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the unit, property, or on decks, balconies, or courtyards. No sports equipment is allowed inside the unit. Bikes, skis, boards, and/or other large sporting equipment may not be stored in the unit unless otherwise agreed. Fines and/or eviction may occur for broken building rules. Do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the building or unit. Furthermore, please do not bring work materials or supplies in either. A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/ dirt stained and require steam cleaning, including communal areas. No laundering of ‘coal’ work clothes is allowed in the unit’s washing or drying machines. A minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom will be charged if the laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty. A fine of up to $1000 will be issued, and you could be asked to vacate if any of the house rules are not obeyed. The hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room, and gym are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances.
