This lovely sized basement condo features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, oven, stove, toaster, microwave, drip coffee machine, coffee bean grinder, fresh coffee beans, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. The condo also includes a dining and lounge area with comfortable furnishings and a large TV. The bathroom has a tub-shower combo, fluffy white towels, locally made hand soap, body wash/shampoo, and a hairdryer. For your convenience, there is also an entrance area/mudroom with space for boots, coats, and other personal belongings. Off-road parking is available. A padlock for the ski locker can be rented if needed. An optional Guest Damage Protection policy covers accidental damages up to CA$1000, including lost keys, broken kitchenware, and accidental stains. Located in the Riverside neighborhood of Fernie, British Columbia, this condo offers easy access to the Elk River and its scenic surroundings. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the unit, property, or on decks, balconies, or courtyards. Pets and parties are not allowed. Sports equipment should not be brought inside the unit and bikes, skis, boards, and/or other large sporting equipment may not be stored in the unit unless otherwise agreed. Fines and/or eviction may occur for broken building rules. If you are staying here for work, do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the building or unit, and do not bring work materials or supplies in either. During the winter months, the barbecue and patio may not be available due to snowfall and freezing temperatures.
