Lived here a year, plan to renew!
Very close to tons of hot-spots; Subway less than a block, movie theater and comic shop right around the corner, and three grocery stores in close walking distance. Laundry in-building and free is a huge plus. Apartment itself is great and very secure but small for the price point. Have also had electrical issues in the past and some small bug issues. The walls can also be a little thin, especially if noise is being made outside in the hall, as the front door traps no sound. Otherwise a great place, very enjoyable, beautiful building.
