Very nice studio with its own private covered porch/entryway between OSU and downtown, in a 7-unit, very quiet building. So convenient for a stroll out your door and along the riverfront, to coffee shops, cafes, grocery shopping, library, the park, Starbucks Coffee, Noah's Bagels, American Dream Pizza, Block 15 Brewery, Sky High Brewery, Safeway, Great Harvest, the Corvallis river front, and Saturday farmer's market.
