Nearly Perfect
This building could not be prettier. After looking and living all around KTOWN, this is a Gem. The units are all unique, the original touches all intact and the inside of the units as pretty as the out. Why not five stars? New management is not on the ball anymore, does not clean the common areas weekly anymore, seems to not screen the new tenets all that well and can be hard to get in touch with. But in a neighborhood with few options with parking, it's a Gem.
