There are 4 large bedrooms (3 upstairs and one in the basement), and 3 full bathrooms (one on each level, with bathtubs on the upper level and basement, and a shower on the main level). Central air conditioning for the warmer months and radiator heating for the colder months. And solar panels on the roof mean that your electric bill will be minimal (some months it's as low as $15!). All the modern appliances and luxuries of modern life, including 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (one set on the main level, and one set in the basement), 2 full kitchens (main level and basement), 3 built-in water filters (one attached to each of the 2 kitchen sinks + one attached to the main level refrigerator), 2 sink disposers (main kitchen and basement kitchen sinks), 2 dishwashers (main kitchen and basement kitchen), 1 built-in microwave (main kitchen), and gas stove (main kitchen). All bathrooms vent directly outside (plus, there are 2 other vents in each of the kitchens). And we have multiple fruit trees in the yard for your fruit-picking enjoyment! Lots of space, lots of greenery outside the windows, and lots of natural light make for a comfy and relaxing home in the city. There's a fire pit in the back yard, too, for those early spring or late fall evenings with friends. The FIOS 1-gig wireless internet is included in the rent price, too. The basement can be made into a separate apartment if you'd like. You have to see this house to believe it! The photos show the house with our stuff still in it, but we're moving everything out in early June. Small repair work will be done between early June to late June for a move-in date of July 1st to the right tenant, or group of tenants.
