The main home's living room area is cozy with a spacious L-shaped couch and a vibrant electric fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with a fridge, dishwasher, gas range, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, crock pot, blender, toaster, and griddle. Coffee drinkers can enjoy either a regular drip coffee maker or a Keurig machine. A washer and dryer are offered in the main home, with an ironing board and iron provided. The Silver Sands Outlets are within a few minutes drive East with more shopping, restaurants, and a play area for kids. There are plenty of public beach accesses close by within walking/golf cart distance. The home behind Lighthouse Legends is currently being built and undergoing construction, and guests may experience some noise during city-permitted construction hours in accordance with local regulations. Parties and events are not permitted. Up to two pets are allowed with a required $200 pet fee. Pets must be house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets and emotional support animals are subject to a pet fee, only ADA compliant service animals trained to perform a task are exempt from this.
