The kitchen is fully stocked with top-of-the-line appliances, cookware, dishes, and a coffee maker that appeals to standard drip coffee drinkers as well as Keurig connoisseurs! The backyard inspires relaxation with a large pool and deck, an 8-person hot tub on its own deck, a covered gazebo area with dining and seating areas, Weber grill, and a fire pit with Adirondacks. As a bonus, there’s an outdoor shower located right off the pool deck for added convenience! A pack and play, high chair, and plastic dishes/cups/silverware are provided to accommodate children. A 6-passenger golf cart is available to rent. Inquire about golf cart rental and pool heating, as they are not included in your booking. This home offers plenty of parking for up to 8 vehicles, including space for boat, trailer, or RV parking if needed. This home is pet friendly with a one-time $200 fee, which includes emotional support animals. Only ADA-recognized service animals are exempt from this fee. Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, this home is directly across from the Destin Commons, with plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road in either direction! Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Spring break/student groups (any group under 25 years old) are not permitted at any time. Parties and events are not permitted. If police or local authorities are called and eviction is the necessary result, the nightly rate will be applied depending on the issue. Any law enforcement calls may result in loss of the fee for pets, at the owner's discretion. Pets are not permitted on furniture, bedding, or in the pool at any time. It is required that you clean up any accidents inside immediately, and the yard must be left clear of any feces. This home requires your pet to be crated when left unattended.
