This spacious 4-bedroom home sleeps up to 12 guests and offers parking for 4 vehicles. Experience a trip of a lifetime being a few minutes' walk to the beach and lounging at our private pool. The true southern feel of Timeless Traditions will encompass you with wrap-around porches, natural and airy lighting indoors, and the cozy feel we've created for guests! Timeless Traditions is exactly what we envision our guests having year over year at our stunning home. The kitchen leaves no stone unturned for the chef in your group, offering ample counter space and cupboards for storage. It features a full suite of stainless appliances, complete with a French door refrigerator, double oven, electric cooktop, dishwasher, and microwave. You'll have dishes, silverware, cutlery, baking dishes, pots & pans, a blender, toaster, crock pot, rice cooker, cups, wine glasses, a waffle maker, and even a small spice rack! Coffee drinkers can enjoy a regular drip coffee pot & a Keurig. The first floor also offers a full-sized laundry room with a front-loading washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and a convenient hanging area. The first bedroom is located directly down the hall from the kitchen area and is perfect for those in your group that may have mobility issues. This is a King bedroom that includes a Smart TV, ample closet space with a dresser, and its own private exit to the back deck & pool area. A full bathroom is found right next to the King bedroom. Up to the second floor, the second bedroom is our King master suite, boasting a King bed, Smart TV, couch, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. Guests staying here can enjoy the privacy of a large private balcony with seating. The third bedroom has two Twin-over-Full bunk beds, a Smart TV, and a large walk-in closet. Up to the third floor is the fourth and final bedroom. This is a King room, complete with a Smart TV, couch, walk-in closet, and a bonus coffee bar. Yet another private balcony is located exclusively to this room, with seating. Back downstairs, the back deck is where Timeless Traditions will be enjoyed and remembered for years to come. With pure "relax mode" in mind, we offer a comfy outdoor sectional, hammock overlooking the pool, pool loungers, and a few Adirondack chairs for everyone's enjoyment. A propane grill is provided (propane included), and even an outdoor shower to make cleaning off the sandy day a breeze! Everything is surrounding our large "sport" pool, meaning no deep end to worry about, with an approximate depth of 3-4 feet across the entire pool! Parking is available for up to four vehicles. Guests can bring up to four vehicles. Please find alternative arrangements for any RV, trailer, or watercraft vehicles during your stay, as there is not adequate space for these at our home & our HOA does not permit us to allow these vehicle types. For families, a pack and play, highchair, and plastic dishes/cups/silverware are provided. Our home is located in the center of Destin, in the highly desired Crystal Beach neighborhood, just a short walk (approximately half a block) to white sugar sand public beach accesses along Scenic Highway 98. You are in the heart of Crystal Beach, and directly across from the Destin Commons with plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are within a few minutes' drive East with more shopping, restaurants, and a play area for kids. There are plenty of public beach accesses close by within walking/golf cart distance. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Events are not allowed. Check-in is 4:00 PM CST and check-out is 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed, but may be possible upon request. Luggage is not to be left at the property after check-out due to liability. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property, as we do not have access to the mailbox. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. This includes spring break groups. No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. If police or local authorities are called and eviction is necessary, no refunds will be issued, and the full security deposit may be forfeited depending on the situation. Golf cart use is not included with your stay. Please inquire about availability and pricing. Guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart. Not permitted for student groups or anyone under age 25. Pool heating is not available at this property. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests allowed. If your guest count changes, your reservation must be updated in advance. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Any cleanup of bodily fluids (indoors or outdoors) will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges, and may cause partial or full loss of deposit. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday and Friday pickup. Excess trash or missed pickup days may incur additional charges. Trash cans must be returned to the home after pickup. Failure to do so may result in an HOA citation, which will be passed on to the guest. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit.
