Feel at home in this spacious 1-bedroom apartment in downtown Indy. Right on Market St and minutes from Monument Circle, the Convention Center, and Lucas Oil Stadium, the location cannot be beaten. This apartment features inviting living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom complete with toiletries. You can also enjoy an in-unit washer and dryer, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, a TV in the living room, and complimentary coffee. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool and sundeck, a fitness center, a grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 to $300, based on stay length. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. In the heart of the Market East District, you'll have everything at your fingertips. The Indy Cultural Trail, a world-class urban bike and pedestrian path that connects unique neighborhoods, cultural districts, and entertainment, is just a short walk away. You are also just steps from Whole Foods, so you can take advantage of the full kitchen. The Indiana Convention Center is 0.3 miles away, Lucas Oil Stadium is 0.5 miles away, Old National Centre is 0.3 miles away, Phoenix Theatre is 0.5 miles away, and Saint Mary's Catholic Church is 0.5 miles away. A car isn’t necessary to explore the area, as you can find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters in the area available for rent. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors, and a $200 penalty applies for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds] are permitted. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. The presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. Guests must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. [SI]
