AVAILABLE JULY 1, 2025 Newly renovated one bed/one bath apartment with private entrance in a quiet, country, coastal neighborhood. Close to Plum Island Beach, historic downtown Newburyport, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and within walking distance to Tendercrop Farm. This cozy, totally furnished apartment has a queen size bed, full kitchen with quartz countertops where you can pull up a bar stool or dine at the eat-in area. Kitchen boasts an electric range, a large farm sink, and a dishwasher! There is lots of natural light and a large, lovely deck with a grill and lounge area to enjoy the sunsets. In addition, there is a washer and dryer in the unit and plenty of storage in the garage below should you need it. All linens, kitchen utensils, 65" TV, high-speed Wifi, trash, and water are included. Window AC units will be provided in the summer months . Pellet stove for heat in the winter. Living room couch includes a pull-out queen bed for guests! There is a separate driveway with parking for two vehicles next to the entrance; which does require going up a flight of stairs. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet, country setting with horses across the street and a great place to walk or ride a bike. The apartment is very convenient to grocery stores (Market Basket, Shaws), CVS, Marshalls, Panera, etc. all around 10 minutes away.
