Between Pacific and Columbus. *Close to restaurants, shopping and transportation. *One small animal permitted with verification from the vet showing current on all shots, spade and/or neutered and licensed. *Dogs must be under 25 lbs full grown and over 2 years of age. (This is an insurance issue for us, thank you for understanding) To fill out an application, you will need to bring: 1. Each adult over the age of 18 years must bring $30 cash (this is a non refundable application fee). Please bring correct amount - we do not make change. 2. Copy of Drivers License, CA ID, or Federal ID, mush have a photo. 3. Copy of a current utility bill showing current address 4. copy of 3 months of all bank statements, all pages. 5. copy of 3 months current pay stubs, or proof of income for someone who works for them self it would be 2 years income tax returns.
