Whether it is a rideshare, electric scooter, bicycle, or personal vehicle, all are welcome and readily available. Fireworks and parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the stay. Lighting candles inside the property is not allowed for safety reasons. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. Additional charges, including shipping fees, may apply if personal items are left behind. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. The pool is not heated and should be used at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. Children under 16 should be supervised at all times. No glass or food is allowed around the pool area, and fees may apply. Please close the pool umbrella after use or during strong winds and keep the gates closed at all times for water safety. Do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). Adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
