The Old East Dallas neighborhood stands among the city's most historically significant areas, with incredible architecture that dates back to the early part of the 20th century. Proximity to important Dallas landmarks such as the Arboretum and White Rock Lock, as well as other popular neighborhoods including Lakewood, only adds to the appeal of this location.

Property Ratings at 4414 Worth St
I've rented to alot of different apartments from commerical ones to private ones and these were prob the best ones. I've stayed here for more than a year and I definitely regret leaving. The apartments are very chill, neighbors are friendly and I love that its gated. Area is perfect for walking and I would definitely return back to them.
The property has curb appeal but, the actual living quarters are rustic at best. The older lady that runs the property is shady, delusional and will charge you for bogus fees. She's also the "broker", "real estate agent", "owner", "landlord"and "maintenance guy". She takes no responsibility for anything that malfunctions. She will promise you the moon while showing you the property but, in actuality will not stand behind anything she says. I had a stream of water coming from my ceiling during a rainstorm and she blamed the a/c filter as the problem, not the leak in the roof that clearly was the issue. I literally became ill due to the mold invested apartment. The old lady will stalk you and will enter your apartment any time she wants. She rambles relentlessly about herself and her pigs in every conversation. You can't even get a word in. There are a lot of properties in East Dallas and this particular one is the absolute worst. Toxic. Toxic. Toxic
Stellar location close to Deep Ellum and Lower Greenville wonderful for people in their twenties and is pet friendly. The apartments have a quaint little zen garden in the middle with peaceful music playing at a low volume all night that's perfect for clearing your head after a long day. The management is a little difficult to get in touch with or contact. Otherwise i'm overall happy with the residence.
