About This Property
Charming, cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom triplex unit within walking distance from UF's campus and downtown Gainesville. From here, you're a short walk or bike ride to classes, UF's sporting events, Midtown, Innovation Square and downtown's amenities. The unit is not large but is well laid-out and certainly big enough for two people. There are wood floors throughout the unit, except for the kitchen and bathroom, which have nice ceramic tile. The two bedrooms are roughly the same size and can easily fit a full size bed, desk/nightstands and dresser, plus both have their own closet. The apartment is heated and cooled by a central system (with a digital remote control to set the temperature). The unit also has a front porch and back porch and access to a large, fenced in backyard. There are also washer/dryer hookups on the back porch. Cats and small dogs are allowed. There's also plenty of parking for you and your guests. Please call Alligator Realty today to set up a tour. We hope to hear from you soon!
