About Scarlett House

This two-story historical multifamily building is only feet from Campustown and 3 blocks from the UF campus. First floor units 1 and 2 are identical 2BR/1BA. Second floor Units 3 and 4 are similar. With the exception of unit 2's carpet, all have wood floors, central AC, ceiling fans, refrigerators, stainless steel stove and microwave. Laundry facilities are available nextdoor with keyed access. Imagine the convenience of having a bank within a block, 15 restaurants within two blocks, and the new Publix within 3 blocks. Both 1st floor apartments include a parking space, and the second floor units include 2 parking spaces per unit. If you don't need the parking spot you can "sell" it back. Pest control, lawnmowing/landscaping, and repair and maintenance are also included. No smoking, a cat is allowed. Annual leases starting in August 2025 at $1,290/month for Units 1 and 2, $1600 for unit 3 and $1650 for Unit 4(garbage removal, water and gas used to provide hot water are included in rent).
