You will pay this fee directly to the background check company. (This fee will count towards your first month of rent if you are approved. It is non-refundable otherwise). - A 3 months payment will be required upfront (first month, last month, security deposit) Other information: - This is a townhome - There is plenty of parking available on the street - Water bills are in the owners name. Reimbursement to the owner vis due with the following month's rent - Electric and Gas bills shall be in the Tenant's name - Required utilities are gas, electricity, water, and waste removal. - Xfinity or Fios installation must be approved - Rent payment through Zelle, CashApp, or Venmo (electronic payments) How this works: 1. You fill out the preliminary application by sending an email 2. You see the apartment 3. If you like it, you fill out a complete application (paper copy) 4. I will go down a list of applicants who meet the above requirements (first come first serve), and offer the apartment to the first willing applicant. 5. If you are that applicant, you'll be offered to complete a full background and credit check (this is where the application fee comes in) 6. If no issues are found and you still want the apartment, we sign the lease 7. Otherwise the process is repeated from step 4 down for the next applicant until the apartment is rented
