A noise curfew is observed from 10 PM–7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM–8 AM on weekends; penalties for violation include a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building, and staff is for tenants, not short-term guests; for questions or concerns, contact the host directly, and only approach building staff or security in case of an emergency. For checkout, guests must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and cookware, dump food waste in the garbage (not the sink disposal), and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash chute.
