Our experience has been tremendous. Frank, Pablo & Brian tend to our work orders efficiently. George & Z are very dedicated to the needs of the tenants. We’re very satisfied with what’s going on, Shaun and the team does a great job at meeting our needs.

Move in was very smooth and easy! The leasing office was super helpful and kind. The building is quiet and very clean. Very happy to be at 42 broad!

We just moved in this week and love our unit so far! It’s nice and quiet here, the view from our terrace is beautiful, we’re looking forward to making many memories here!

From my first meeting with Melanie, I knew this was my new home. Every person I’ve meet and now call neighbor has been lovely. The gym is always clean and the equipment is spotless. The yoga room is perfect as well as the tempura of the pool. I’m so happy here!

Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. I do wish there was a welcome packet with all information about the pool, shared spaces and the butterfly app but I asked around and got the information. Overall love the building and how it’s always spotless!

Great move in day! The staff made sure everything was done to make the day stress free. Shaun and George made sure our crazy move in schedule was accommodated.

So far so good, swift and convenient move in and everything is clean and well maintained throughout the building. The apartments are big, and the full wall windows are a huge plus.

I have now been here for a full year, and I am still impressed by the loving experience. The common areas are left clean. The concierges are friendly.

The entrance to the building smells of urine, when entering you must navigate streams of dog urine. The rear entrance on most days has the stench of weed smoke. The main entrance door has a defect and often is left ajar, so any person off the street could potentially gain entry. The roof top door was out of service for far too long. It is understandable that things will break but they should be repaired expeditiously. The pool was advertised as being three seasons but has yet to open. So far this has been a disappointing experience.

Have very much enjoyed my time living here, celebrated one year this month and looking forward to the next few months and the pool reopening for the seasons!

I moved into my apartment in August 2024, and so far, the experience has been great! One of my favorite things about living here is the lounge areas—they’re modern, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. I also really appreciate the level of privacy my apartment offers. It’s quiet and feels like a personal space where I can truly unwind after a long day. I haven’t had the chance to use the pool area or the rooftop yet, but I’m definitely looking forward to enjoying them this summer. The amenities here add so much value, and I can’t wait to take advantage of them when the weather warms up. Overall, I’m really happy with my choice to move here. The combination of amenities and a sense of privacy makes it a perfect fit for me!

Kept the common areas looking nice, clean, organize and well-managed. Service on the unit responds fast and issues taken care of in a very timely manner, usually within a day or a couple of days after. Neighbors are quiet and peaceful. I enjoy living here so far :) thank you!

Everything and everyone here, staff and residents together, have been absolutely wonderful! All of the amenities are fantastic and I just can’t wait for the weather to turn and for our rooftop pool to re-open.

We have really enjoyed living at 42 broad. The building is clean, staff are friendly and its located in Fleetwood which has been a relatively nice area for us with its local stores and restaurants. The amenities of the building are great too, especially during the summer when the pool is open!

The building is new and well-maintained. The property manager (thanks Shaun!) and staff are so helpful and responsive. And all the residents have been kind. Am very satisfied here and happy with my decision to move to 42 broad.

I continue to be impressed by the staff and community overall. My apartment has a stunning view, and the convenience of a short walk to the Fleetwood train station has made my daily commute to NYC a breeze! Management was welcoming, process with leasing was smooth and supportive. There are a few minor repairs needed in the apartment so that why its a 4 point star.

The apartment is Fantastic enjoying the location of 42 Broad Street West. Convenient to all shopping, highways etc. The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable.

42 Broad Street is a great place to live. The staff are friendly, respond to emails quickly, and keep the building clean. They host fun events for residents, and we’ve never had any major issues. It feels safe, and while no neighbor is perfect, the community here makes it a great place to call home.

Amazing place to live! Neighborhood has banks, pharmacies and activities for children- it’s also very close to public transit. Staff is also super nice and always go above and beyond.

The application process was easy, and the move-in day went smoothly. The professionalism of the Bozzuto Team stood out to me right away. Shaun is always available to answer questions and made sure I had everything I needed. On the day I moved in, I was warmly welcomed by the concierge and staff, which made settling into my new home feel special. The community here is fantastic! Everyone I've met has been friendly, creating a welcoming environment that already feels like home. The amenities are top-notch, and I’m always impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything is. For my first apartment, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!!

My family & I just moved in 2 days ago & we love it here, its truly amazing! Everyone in the staff is top notch. From the concierges to the maintenance crew everyone has been super helpful, nice & quickly responsive. The location is prefect everything you need is within walking distance. The rooms are super quite, beautiful & Peaceful. Move in process was smooth. Concierge is amazing! The package room is so convenient and accessible. The common spaces are easily usable and quiet.

Now have been here for 3 months, and the experience is still going smoothly. Friendly concierge and clearing staff. Timely emails to notify about events ongoing or any maintenance issues. Very happy with the building so far.

I've very much enjoyed my time here, so much that I moved to a bigger apartment! I love the rooftop views and the quick commute to the city!

It’s been good. Everyone is responsive and kind. The building is kept clean, and when something needs fixing, it’s fixed right away. The management is attentive, ensuring that any concerns are addressed promptly. The overall atmosphere is positive. The only drawback is that at times, the numerous rules can make it feel a bit like living in a college dorm. While I understand they’re in place to maintain order, it can occasionally feel a bit restrictive. That said, the positives definitely outweigh this minor inconvenience.

Great easy and seamless move in experience! No issues with elevator use. Friendly staff that made moving easy. Wonderful communication regarding everything needed.

The management team and staff (concierge, cleaners, maintenance, etc) at 42 Broad are amazing. Accommodating, outside of the box thinking, solution finders, professional, friendly. Shaun, Brian, and Anissa (the ones I interacted with the most) are simply brilliant! Makes living here such a joy. I cannot say enough great things about the team because they really make the property a simple joy to live at (but we know there's nothing simple or accidental about it).

Move in was smooth and easy, and I love the space. I have had no problems since I started living here and love the view from my unit. The amenities are wonderful, too!

Overall, my experience here has been great. The staff is amazing and responds to requests quickly. I don't love that the amenities fee is not included in the rent as it is required. I also don't love that the cost of parking is increasing. The building also has some serious problems with leaks.

Absolutely loving it here so far! I moved into 42 Broad about a month ago, and everyone has been so helpful, maintenance is friendly and informative, and offer great tips on how to keep the apartment cool and air clean. All of the amenities and common spaces are nice and well-kept. I haven't begun my daily commute into NYC yet, but my experiences with the Fleetwood station have been great, it's just two blocks away. I do wish the crosswalk lights outside the building worked better though. The cross-county shopping plaza is a quick drive away for all your shopping needs! My few concerns are about the parking garage, it already seems pretty full during the week and the building still has a lot of units to fill so I'm a bit nervous about possibly not finding a spot in the future if it fills up more, and also the standing showers, the lip is so low to the ground it doesn't keep water from splashing out well. Overall, great building!

The move in process was very simple and they made sure the apartment was extremely clean and stocked with some essentials just in case I forgot to purchase pre-move.

So far the experience has been great. The team has been accommodating during our move in and made the signing process easy. We had a few small things that needed to be fixed upon move in which were handled swiftly.

Friendly staff and clean premises. Amenities are nice. The gym dumbbells could go a little heavier as me get a cross pulley system but overall the gym is great.

The building management does a great job to ensure that the community is growing how a great community should. I believe that they have a great staff that works very hard and accomadate all residents.

Frank in maintenance is awesome and the concierges Gorge and Shawn are fantastic. Anissa and Mo are super kind and communicative. The location of this building makes a super easy commute to the city and having Bronxville as are neighboring town is convenient.

Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the concierge services add a touch of convenience and luxury to everyday life. The only reason this review isn't a full five stars is the gym, which could use some improvements. While it offers basic equipment, it falls short of the high standards set by the rest of the building. Enhancements in this area would elevate 42 Broad to a perfect score.

It’s a clean building and a good neighborhood. There’s amazing staff working there from maintenance to concierge to the leasing office. Parking can be tough so the garage might be required.
