This is an unusually large apartment because it was built as a roomy condo. They then changed their business idea to an apartment complex. It has 115 units. I would just like to mention that a very nice handy 7-11 is right across the street. We, the occupants will be moving out when a new renter is found. Not before. They must obtain lease approval with a lease application. Move in and move out days will be arranged and agreed upon. The apartment will be refreshed before move in by the new party. New occupants will sign a new lease agreement of 1 year term. Exceptional location. Within 5 minutes walking distance to all of the following: The Americana, Ralph's, Whole Foods, 2 Theater Complexes, The Glendale Galleria Mall, Bloomingdales, Nordstroms and Macy's department stores and many more. Many fine restaurants, shops and boutiques. Brand Blvd is only a couple blocks away. These are all right at your doorstep. Always somewhere interesting to go whenever you desire. Glendale is a great city to live in and filled with very nice people. It is also very bicycle friendly. Only a 10 minute drive to Hollywood. I will be selling my furniture. Also and this is a great perk there is an office in the unit. It has a large desk surface, 6 drawers and cupboard space. Very unique and you wont find this anywhere else. Because this will be a new lease the 3000 rate may fluctuate up or down over the month. It can be solidified when you submit credit application. Everything you need is right around the corner. Only minutes to 135, 5, 101 and 2 freeways. It has 98 on the walking scale. Amenities include a complete chefs kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and granite counter tops. Great kitchen design! Plenty of cupboard storage space. The Master BR is very large. 16'9"x 12'9". The Bathroom is made such that 2 people can occupy at same time. It has a large vanity and 2 sinks. There are both a shower and tub. There is a roomy living area (LR-DR) with an extra large balcony. Overlooks a great courtyard with lounge seating, a fountain and a barbecue. 2nd bedroom is large, 11'4" x 13' with private full bath. The apartment can be furnished or unfurnished. There is a W/D in the apartment. Also 24-hour gym on site. Safe subterranean parking is included. It is not tandem. We have 2 great convenient spots for the apartment right next to the elevator. The community is Quiet and Peaceful. Nearby AMERICANA'S pictures included. The Americana is a great place to hang out.
