Multiple cars for broken into last night, including mine. No security and right now there’s a glass on every floor from multiple cars. They allow airbnb here and it might be those people. Either way there’s one too many cars vandalized

This is a good place to live with pretty good apartment amenities such as in-unit laundry, loads of space, a gym, and two pools! You will feel welcomed here with an amazing staff who is very friendly and quick to respond to any needs you have. It’s not what you would expect for a community in this neighborhood. There is even a slightly elitist vibe here. If you like that then you’ll fit right in here, if not then just try to keep to yourself and you’ll have a pleasant experience. One thing I wish they would do is to notify me when work is being performed on my roof or in a neighboring apartment. Oh and I wish there was more gardening around the community. It’s all concentrated around the leasing office now. Overall I’ve been happy, but lately not as much. I would give it a chance. The apartments are lovely afterall.

This apartment complex is most convenient to shops and great places to eat within walking distance. I have been a resident in this area for over 20 years and after selling my condo I became a renter here, and this has been a great decision for me.

Hands down the best apartments Ive ever lived in. Management, office staff and maintenance are always quick to respond whenever we need assistance, and are great at communicating especially throughout the crazy winter storm this year. We appreciate all they do and only plan on leaving whenever we eventually buy, the apartments and amenities are great but its definitely the staff that makes living at 4110 Fairmount such an amazing place to call home!

We genuinely enjoy living here, however it has been disheartening to see few people in the community wearing masks - even when walking throughout the building and in common spaces. As a health care professional I am aware that cases are going down, but that doesn't negate the importance of social distancing and masking.

4110 Fairmount is the perfect space in Dallas. There are several restaurant options, dry-cleaning, and a Starbucks within walking distance. The floor plans are spacious and luxurious. The two pools are perfect for intro and extroverts, which I very much appreciate. This is a wonderful community and if you're looking for a professional adult community, this is it!!

The location of 4110 Fairmount is one of its greatest selling points. A block away from great restaurants, mere minutes away from great stores and coffee shops, and convenient to some of the nicest green spaces in Dallas. Gorgeous kitchens with ample storage space, spacious balconies, and amenity spaces really set this complex apart. Having two pools is really convenient in case one is busy, or if you just want to switch up the scenery from time to time.

4110, in the heart of Oaklawn, is ideally situated for some of the best dining, shopping and is close to the Katy Trail. The townhouses are very nicely done, with great light and a lot of space. The drive through garages are the best. The office staff and management here are some of the best in the business and want to make everyone's living experience, first class.
