Our locations in Columbia Heights are located along University Avenue from 694 South to 40th Avenue, just East of the Mississippi River and North of Saint Anthony Parkway. Each Unit features a Living Room, Coat Closet, Dining Room, Full Kitchen with Refrigerator and Gas Stove, Linen Closet, Full Bathroom with Tub and Shower, a Large Bedroom, and a Large Bedroom Closet. All of our properties have secured entrances, an on-site Laundry Room, and the buildings are Smoke Free. Lease: 6 Months, then Month-to-Month One Off Street Parking Space for Tenant Parking only, Heat, Gas, Water, Sewer, Garbage, and Recycling is included in monthly Rent amount. Tenant pays for Electricity and any other extra utilities they choose (cable, internet, etc.) We do allow pets/therapy animals under varying circumstances.
