Pets are welcome with a fee of $100. The townhouse includes a private parking garage suitable for compact cars and mid-size SUVs, and additional free on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. For longer stays, linen rentals are available at an additional cost. Beach, bike, and baby gear rentals are available upon request, with delivery and pick-up arranged for your convenience. Short-term rentals include bed sheets and bath towels. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10:30 AM, with no early check-in or late check-out during peak summer season from May through September.
