The primary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a head shower and soaking tub. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. The large living room includes a 65” smart TV. The fenced-in backyard located by the creek features a huge pool area with an outdoor kitchen, lounge chairs, and a dining area with a mini seating area around a fire pit. You’ll be able to park in the 2-car garage that also has a large driveway with plenty of room to park as well. The interior is recently remodeled and professionally decorated making this home feel fresh and modern, yet still giving you the feeling of being right at home. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth bedroom will be opened for groups of eight or more guests to accommodate their sleeping arrangements. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. The pool is not heated, and pool towels are not provided. Security cameras are installed for your safety, with one at the front door overlooking the yard and another in front of the garage facing the cars, recording 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund to the guest.
