Stay just one block from the beautiful ocean that makes Miami Beach so special! space : The apartment is renovated and features a queen size bed, fully equipped kitchen with all you\'d need to cook a meal during your stay, a dining area, a large shower, ample closet space, a work desk, netflix and high speed internet. We also include beach chairs, beach towels and a beach umbrella are provided for your use at the beach, which is located one block away. LOCATION: The property is just a short peaceful stroll to Miami Beach, 20 minutes from MIA (50 minutes from FLL) and 6 minutes from Club LIV inside the Fontainebleau Hotel, a premier Miami Beach nightclub. Smart, keyless entry for easy check-in/check-out process. CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing a few days before check in for availability. PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly property. Pet fee: $150 per pet, regardless of breed or size. Pet weight and size restrictions may apply, please check with us. PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: There is no Mailbox key access. The popular Miami Beach has a section called Mid Beach that runs from 24th street to 63rd street. In comparison to the action and commotion of South Beach, the Mid Beach area is best defined in terms of its more laid-back atmosphere. Mid Beach is home to a number of restaurants and family-owned shops, most of which are located in the 41st Street district. You can thoroughly enjoy the outdoor activities in Mid Beach. Just go for a peaceful stroll along the boardwalk that runs from 21st street to 46th street and you will feel as if all your stress has dissipated. transit : One block from Collins ave and the beach, there is also citi bike on the corner on Collins, and a bus stop across the street.
