Minutes from Chick Fil A, Starbucks, Wal-Mart, Target, HEB, Post Office, etc. Apartment is in a low key, gated community. Neighbors are nice. Never had any issues with the place. Any maintenance requests were addressed quickly. The complex has the Austin feel to it with all the art! Moving for a job & sad to leave. The rest of February free. Stylish, friendly complex, and reasonable price make this apartment a solid deal. Take over our lease with only an application and 6 months remaining. No deposit needed. Move in date negotiable. Perfect for two people wanting to share a place or someone wanting a two-bedroom apartment. This apartment is located at The Arts Apartments at South Austin. http://www.artsatsouthaustin.com/ To qualify, one must pass a background check, have good rental history, and provide proof of income 3x monthly rent.
