For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The pool is only open from May to September and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two registered guests, with additional guests available for an extra supplement. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. All guests must be registered with full names and ID. A damage waiver fee is included in the reservation for accidental property damage, but it does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
