All guests must be registered with full names and IDs. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage exceeding $300, or damage caused by policy violations. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
