A little about us: My husband is a military veteran and works as a driver for a local cement company. I am currently attending school online for IT and work from home. We have one child, a very calm Husky, a goofy Lab, and an old kitty. We are a laid-back, nerdy household that enjoys gaming, relaxing, and spending time outdoors. Smoking is allowed only outside or in the garage. We are looking for someone who will be a good fit for our home and respectful of shared spaces. We are looking for someone responsible, respectful, and clean, and who pays rent on time. Military veterans are welcome! Quiet household — no loud parties or frequent gatherings. Portable Tenant Screening Reports: In accordance with Colorado law, applicants may provide a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) prepared within the previous 30 days by a consumer reporting agency.
