Property Ratings at 400 Catalina
If any situation happens, the immediate response has a really perfect system. The manager does a really good job. It's an apartment with no inconvenience
This building used to be so pretty and well maintained. There was a guy who cleaned on average TWICE a week. No more. Everything else is DIRTY! SO DIRTY! There is dust, cat hair, dog hair, trash, spilled food, I even saw a roach the other day. There is a new owner and so maybe this is the problem. They spend money on car charging stations, but then decide to stop cleaning the building. Now they only clean only the lobby for looks, but as far as the actual property goes, it's super duper dirty, trash everywhere, that will sit for days, in walk way, in garage, in gym. Just gross.
I loved everything about 400 Catalina. The floorplan is great, amenities are brand new. The best thing is Aaron, the leasing manager here who went above and beyond for us to make sure we get the place we wanted. It’s nice to know the management here really cares about their tenant. We went with another direction since our jobs are a bit further away so we had to give up this place but if you are looking for a place in ktown with affordable place and luxury feeling, this is for you!
This is a beautiful newly built apartment that I always drive past but haven’t had a chance to check out until the other day when walking past. The building manager Arron was extremely friendly and helpful and began our tour as soon as I requested. I really love the design, it’s light and airy with wood floors throughout the hallway (most buildings in this neighborhood have older carpet). Everything was new and modern with great views of the rest of the neighborhood. Arron answered all of my questions patiently ( I asked a ton) and even provided me with more background information than asked and made sure to show me all of the amenities being developed. I’m really looking forward to living here!
