Located in the heart of Chinatown directly across from the Verizon Center, the apartment is located on the penthouse level (12th floor) and has hardwood floors, granite countertops, black appliances, and large floor-to-ceiling windows w/ french doors. The bedroom is carpeted with a large, walk-in closet, screened windows, and tons of natural light. The apartment also has a linen closet and another large storage closet in the hallway. The building has assigned underground parking, 24 hour concierge staff, a business center, a yoga room/spin room, and a 24 hour fitness center. The building also has a large rooftop with gas grills, seating areas, and an outdoor tv with breathtaking views of the Capitol Dome and the Washington Monument. Only one block to Judiciary Square, one block to the Gallery Place Metro and five blocks to Metro Center. This truly is an excellent, convenient location in very vibrant area!
