The main floor has a full bathroom with a separate standing shower and a separate bathtub/shower, while the newly renovated basement also includes a full bathroom. Driveway parking is available, comfortably accommodating 2 cars and up to 4 if parked tightly. Centrally located in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood, this home is just a 10-minute walk to the Capitol Theatre, downtown restaurants, and the Metro-North train, offering direct access to Grand Central in 45–60 minutes. It's about a 40-minute drive to NYC and minutes away from Greenwich, Rye, White Plains, and Stamford, making it ideal for NYC getaways, Westchester family gatherings, and concert weekends. This is a shared home, not a hotel, and guests are asked to treat the home and neighbors with respect. No smoking or vaping is permitted indoors, though it is allowed in open-air areas. Commercial activities are prohibited, and large parties or events are not allowed, though small gatherings among the 11 registered guests are welcome. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am in this residential neighborhood; the basement is a great place to hang out as noise is more contained. Guests are appreciated if they leave outside shoes inside the entrance cabinet. Pets must be fully vaccinated and housebroken. Guests must always pick up after their dog, both inside and outside the property, with a minimum penalty of $200 for failure to do so. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. Pets should not be left unsupervised; if left indoors, they must be crated and kept on the 3rd floor.
