Inside, you'll find everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen with quality cookware and a coffee maker, a plush king-size bed with hotel-quality linens for restful sleep, a smart TV with streaming apps for relaxed evenings, high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace for remote work or trip planning. The following fees are not included in your reservation and must be paid separately upon arrival: A mandatory daily Amenity Fee (Resort Fee) of $59 plus taxes (approximately $66.67 per day) is required. Valet Parking is available for $75 plus taxes per night for sedans, minivans, and pickup trucks that do not exceed 7 feet in height. For guests or day parking, valet is available for $25 plus tax. The valet garage is equipped for electric vehicles, with a limited number of charging stations available on a first-come, first-served basis. There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning. As our guest, you’ll enjoy top-tier amenities: a heated rooftop pool, state-of-the-art gym, lounge deck, and rooftop bar. Plus, enjoy exclusive access to the private beach club at The Savoy in South Beach, with two complimentary lounge chairs and an umbrella per room. Upon arrival, visit the front desk, present your ID (guests must be 21 plus to check in), and provide your unit number for registration confirmation and check-in. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed. Outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows and doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors. A $500 fine applies for violation. No parties or events are allowed. Any guest or group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund for any remaining night(s). A $500 fine applies for violation. If you would like to bring a pet, inquire before booking regarding breed limitations and agree to our pet policy. Checkout is at 11 AM. If you want a 12 PM noon checkout, inquire whether it's available for your stay (for an additional $25) by 9 PM the night before your scheduled departure. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. Due to increased precautions, if you want to request early check-in or to drop off bags before 4 PM, that must be requested and approved in advance. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras. These cameras do not infringe upon any private area as they are all exterior. A $1000 fine applies for violation. Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed. Any guest who would like to have packages delivered must first obtain host permission. No packages may be delivered to the property outside of the guest’s booked and paid reservation dates. Once the stay has been completed, guests must refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace are available for remote work or trip planning.
