Free parking is provided in front of the building. Guests staying longer than 28 days are invited to enjoy shared amenities, subject to building management's review and scheduling. Unauthorized pets incur a $250.00 fee. Situated in the heart of Grand Prairie, you'll be spoilt for choice with local dining and shopping options. The neighborhood boasts a variety of parks and green spaces for outdoor activities, and is conveniently located near major highways, including State Highway 360, for easy access to the greater Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Public transportation options, including DART bus routes and light rail services, are also readily available. Check-out time is 11 am unless otherwise approved. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property, with a $300.00 fine for any evidence of smoking to cover deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a $500.00 fine, legal action, and possible eviction for any evidence of a party or event. Unapproved late check-out will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled check-out time. Guests staying longer than 28 days will be responsible for paying utilities used during their stay. There is a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons, firearms, drugs, or illegal sexual activity of any sort are allowed, and violators will be reported to the police and the contract will be terminated immediately. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00. Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition, and permanent stains will be considered negligent damage. Breaking posted house rules, including exceeding occupancy, parking restrictions, or illegal substances, can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction. This apartment is suitable for remote workers, offering fast optic fiber Wi-Fi and unlimited HBO Max. The space is great for traveling consultants and perfect for longer stays.
