About This Property

Adorable and well-maintained, this house is the perfect place to call home for one year or five. (Once you move in, you tend to stay, it’s just that charming.) Let’s start with the location – Midway Hollow, easily one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Dallas. Van Ness just makes it that much better. It’s not a through street so it’s nice, quiet and walkable. Surrounded by original 1950s homes and multi-million-dollar new construction, it's a delightful mix lined with Mature trees. The home itself is incredibly cozy with two bedrooms and one slightly oversized bathroom. The picture window in the living room fills the room with natural light. The kitchen is perfect with plenty of counterspace and a real handy pantry. Then there’s the backyard. It's incredible and enormous with room to hang a hammock, create a garden or just run around and drink out of the hose like you’re a kid again. Available August 1, 2024.
