Need to host a meeting, you can rent the space which includes a full kitchen on the Terrace level. It is located within steps of Katy Trail and Oak Lawn. The Knox District and Highland Park are nearby. This one-bedroom condo is located on the 14th floor facing the pool and garden area with views of downtown Dallas. All you need is a coffee maker, the kitchen has a refrigerator, gas range, microwave and dishwasher. The tub:shower combo has a rain-type showerhead. The bathroom also features a wall-to-wall mirror, vessel sink and vanity. The living area has wall-to-wall windows, opening up to the balcony. Two large closets in the bedroom and two smaller ones in hallway plus cabinets all around the kitchen give you tons of storage. Laundry facilities are located on each floor.
