About This Property
Share a cute, spacious house with a fenced yard, two car garage, solar panels and VERY efficient utilities in an excellent location next to the Poudre River trail and a few minutes walk from Old Town. Enjoy two rooms with a private full bath, extra storage, and kitchenette setup with sink and plugs for a fridge and ministove, plus shared living room, dining room, kitchen, and washer/dryer. The space is bright and private, and can be unfurnished or semi-furnished, depending on your preference. Currently, I have no pets. Pets are welcome, but they require a deposit and will be considered on a case-by-case basis, as some breeds are not allowed on the lease. The room is open to all genders and ages. Internet and cable TV included in rent. As a roommate, I try to be tidy and respectful. I am a pretty laid back person who loves to laugh, and I believe that a home is a place for relaxation and enjoyment. I work a hybrid schedule, in the office 2-3 days/ week and home the other days. I enjoy cooking, crafting, and being outdoors - especially biking, hiking, and water activities. I hope to find the right fit with folks who can feel at home and enjoy the space. Specs Pets: $300 - pet deposit Dog breeds not allowed by the rental company: chow, doberman pincher, german shepherd, pit bull, rottweiler, ridgeback, Wolf dog or hybrid, akita, shar-pei, american terrier, or any mix of those breeds. Ferrets and rabbits are not allowed. Current rabies shots and licenses required by law. Furnishings: I am renting the room unfurnished, but I have some leeway with furnishings, so if you have a lot of stuff, we can make space for it upstairs. If you don’t have stuff, I have some extra. Space: Approximately 18.5X 12 (222 ft sq) - finished with kitchenette with plugs for a fridge and mini-stove if needed (fridge and mini stove not included in rental). 13.5 X 11 (148.5 ft Sq) unfinished room great for crafting or an office Plus full bath, small closet, and additional storage in utility closet and garage Minimum qualifications and additional information: Bills will be split per person- an estimated 70-80/month per person if split two ways. These bills include utilities (electricity and water - ranges from $80 in winter to $120 in the summer, and gas - ranges from $10 in summer to $60 in winter.) Applicants must apply through Real Property Management. They require: Credit score of 650 or greater Full time job You must pass a background check and have no evictions on your rental record. The background check requires a small one-time fee. There is a $50.00 one-time fee to put your name on the lease. You must carry renter’s liability insurance to be on the lease– you can purchase insurance through your insurance provider or through Real Property Management Rent paid after the 3rd will incur a $50/ fee from the rental company.
