Located in a controlled access building just minutes from the heart of Fremont. At approximately 1,400 sq ft, this unit is three stories tall and features a 27'x14' entertainment size deck. Main floor living area consists of an open kitchen concept w/ stainless steel appliances (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and built-in microwave), breakfast bar and spacious dining/living room with Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring. Originally built in 2001 as condominiums, the two upper floors each features a roomy carpeted bedroom, and a separate full bath (master bedroom and bath are on top floor) and plenty of closet space. In-unit full-size washer/dryer is an advantage over many other apartments on the market. Located on a main bus line, there is plenty of free "on-street" parking in the surrounding area. Off street, In garage parking is available for one vehicle at an additional fee of just $75. Tenant pays all utilities-- electricity is metered and paid directly to Seattle City Light. Water (sub-metered), sewer, and garbage are billed back to tenants approximately every two months. Also, check out our new Residents Benefit Program! Pet Policy -- Two pet limit- (cats only, no dogs or exotic animals). Must be at least one years old, house broken/litter box trained, spayed & neutered, have all required vaccinations, and with positive landlord references. Additional deposit of $400 for one pet ($500 for two), and a monthly pet fee of $35 for one pet, ($50 for two) is required. Of course, verifiable service animals are permitted with no deposit or monthly pet fee. Pets must be screened through (for a small charge) and service animals verified (no charge for verified service animals). This is a controlled access, no smoking building. Renters insurance with $500K of liability coverage is required. Move-in funds required are the first month's pro-rated rent, security deposit, and any additional deposits for pets. We do not accept "portable screening reports". We DO NOT OFFER VIRTUAL SHOWINGS. You must personally view the property PRIOR to making application.
