As of now, I do have a beautiful beagle, who is getting older. The most important qualities I am looking for are a sense of caring toward our shared home, and our shared building. There is a Social Committee that offers bi-monthly brunches, a book club, and INDOOR swimming pool with HOT TUB, free parking and package acceptance at the 24 hour front desk. The other residents of the building are wonderful people, I have lived here about 7 years. and we have very kind neighbors.! You have your own bathroom, but the shower is shared with one other person.
